As Senior Commercial Lead within Crown Commercial Service, John is responsible for the Non-Clinical Staffing (NCS) and Supply Teachers and Temporary Staffing (STaTS) agreements, which aim to provide public sector bodies with access to a range of recruitment agencies to source quality temporary workers compliantly whilst achieving value for money.
Lana has over 10 years’ experience working in education specialising in business operations and commercial. Proud to work for Nexus Multi Academy Trust in South Yorkshire as Head of Business Transformation, she began her career in banking before moving into a role in education as finance officer in a primary school. Lana later transitioned to school business leadership before joining Nexus Multi Academy Trust’s central team in 2022.
Lee has been with the Institute of School Business Leaders (ISBL) for two and a half years. During this time, he has led the revision of the Professional Standards and introduced the self-assessment and accreditation schemes. Prior to joining ISBL, Lee worked for 13 years in education, teaching and leading Business and Economics in the secondary and FE sectors.
Rob is the CEO of the Inspire Partnership, a group of 9 schools based in Croydon, Greenwich and Medway. He is also the author of ‘A Manifesto for Excellence in Schools’. He is a member of ASCL’s Council and serves on a number of trust boards, including The Brilliant Club.
Amanda has been a teacher for over 20 years, with the latter half of her career dedicated to SEND. Having developed practice both as a SENCO and senior leader in mainstream primary settings and at local authority level, she is committed to improving outcomes for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and disabilities.
Amanda is the Lead Senior Inspector at Havering Education Services, with over 25 years of experience in primary and secondary education as a teacher, leader, and school improvement adviser. She specialises in computing, online safety, and the effective use of Education Technology.
Paul Jackson is Headteacher of Gorsefield Rural Studies and Outdoor Education Centre, where he leads the strategic direction of a not-for-profit outdoor education centre. As an experienced educational leader and consultant with a strong track record of driving school improvement and fostering leadership development, he is also a professional lead support for NASPM providing strategic input for the alliance.
Anne’s career has focused on improving outcomes for children and young people by supporting staff in education settings to unlock the power of moving learning beyond the classroom. She has held senior roles in organisations across the heritage, STEM, environment, arts, and health sectors, including the National Trust and the National Academy for Social Prescribing
Chris Coyle brings hands-on experience in managing health and safety compliance across a range of schools. His roles include being a school’s health and safety lead, School Business Manager in both primary and SEN secondary schools, and Director of Operations in a large, multi-site secondary school.
