Rob is the CEO of the Inspire Partnership, a group of 9 schools based in Croydon, Greenwich and Medway. He is also the author of ‘A Manifesto for Excellence in Schools’. He is a member of ASCL’s Council and serves on a number of trust boards, including The Brilliant Club.

Rob is a leadership consultant with Tower Hamlets local authority and works with Doncaster Council and Barnsley Teaching School Alliance to support headteachers and senior leadership programmes.
