Lynne has led the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Teaching School Hub (CPTSH) since its inception in 2021, having a long history of working within the Teaching School system in the East region. She has worked within the education system in professional development for over 10 years, local authority school improvement, and prior to that in the private sector in training consultancy. CPTSH provides high-quality training and professional development to support teachers and leaders at every stage of their career, with the objective of raising teaching standards and contributing to school improvement.

It is the the third largest Teaching School Hub in the country, supporting over 350 schools in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough – early years, primary, secondary, alternative provision and special schools – with Initial Teacher Training (ITT), Early Career Framework (ECF), Appropriate Body (AB), National Professional Qualifications (NPQ), and wider Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
