Paul Jackson is Headteacher of Gorsefield Rural Studies and Outdoor Education Centre, where he leads the strategic direction of a not-for-profit outdoor education centre. As an experienced educational leader and consultant with a strong track record of driving school improvement and fostering leadership development, he is also a professional lead support for NASPM providing strategic input for the alliance.
Paul's extensive career includes roles such as Consultant Headteacher and School Improvement Advisor, providing bespoke support to schools in leadership development, curriculum reviews, and governance training, all of which has earned him national recoginition.
He has also been involved with the development of school building projects and estates management, having experience and challenges of older and new buildings during the Building Schools for the Future years.
