What is Education Business LIVE?
Education Business LIVE is a flagship one-day conference & exhibition for education professionals and school leaders. Attendees can explore solutions, attend talks and workshops, and network with peers and suppliers. It also incorporates the Education Business Awards, recognising excellence across the sector. 

When and where is the event held?
This year’s event takes place on Thursday 26 March 2026 at Old Billingsgate, 1 Old Billingsgate Walk, London EC3R 6DX. 

Who should attend?
School and trust leaders, business managers, operations and HR professionals, SEND leads, IT and estates staff, and anyone involved in the strategic running of education settings.

Registration & Entry

Is the event free to attend?
Yes — Education Business LIVE is free to attend for all education professionals, but pre-registration is required. 

Where do I collect my badge?
Collect your badge at the registration desk near the venue entrance from 08:30 on the event day.

Can I register on the day?
On-the-day registration will be open, but we recommend registering in advance to guarantee your spot in roundtables etc.

Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, you can leave your coats and bags in the cloakroom on entrance.

What is the nearest Tube or train station?

  • Monument Underground Station (Circle & District lines) – around 4 minutes’ walk. 
  • Bank Station (Central, Northern, Waterloo & City, DLR) – around 9 minutes’ walk.
  • Fenchurch Street, Cannon Street and London Bridge stations are also within walking distance. 

Is there parking at the venue?
There is no parking on site, but public car parks are nearby (e.g., Tower Hill Corporation of London Car Park on Lower Thames Street). 


Food & Refreshments

Is lunch provided?
There is no complimentary lunch provided as part of the event package. Attendees are welcome to bring food or purchase lunch locally.

On-site refreshments
Tea, coffee and light refreshments will be available throughout the day in the exhibition area.

Lunch & food options
There will be an onsite food trader and a barista where you can purchase food and drinks.

Education Business Awards

When do the Awards take place?
The Education Business Awards ceremony is scheduled for 3.45pm 

Do I need a separate ticket for the Awards?
Yes — attendance at the Awards ceremony usually requires a separate ticket or booking. Only those who are shortlisted will be allowed entry.

Is the venue accessible?
Old Billingsgate is fully accessible, with step-free access, lifts and accessible toilets. Please contact the organisers for specific support requests.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Free Wi-Fi will be provided throughout the event space.


Health & Safety

Are there any specific health policies?
The event adheres to current UK health guidelines. Attendees are encouraged to practice good hygiene and stay home if unwell.
