Marbeuf Conseil et Recherche is Paris based company specialised in data security, data transmission and energy innovations. Together with its affiliates it has been granted patents on 22 technologies across many jurisdictions.
On the energy side, Marbeuf has obtained patents in France on two technologies related to electricity production, one using the recycled heat from solid oxide fuel cells, the other one on thermo-photovoltaics.
The electricity production from Solid Oxide fuel cells and its recycled heat involve the implementation of a sulphur iodine cycle where the heat generated at 850°C by the fuel cell is absorbed by endothermic reactions of the sulphur iodine cycle at temperatures ranging from120°C to 830°C. While the thermodynamics figures related to the installation have been checked, the company is now dimensioning its various components down to the sizes of various reactors and chemical separators with a view to come up with a 10kw production unit.
Marbeuf would be happy to collaborate with laboratories experience in chemical engineering prototypes to further refine its scheme and created a demonstrator.
