The DfE has promoted Integrated Curriculum and Financial Planning (ICFP) over the last few years, but the process is actually what good schools have always done: ensuring there is a good balance between the available resources and the provision of the best curriculum for pupils.

At TSO Education Ltd we have massive experience using ICFP to support schools with their budget management and became frustrated with the usual spreadsheet based tools. This led to the development of ICFP.school, an online dashboard that:

• Dynamically updates when new information becomes available
• Allows users to easily collaborate with others
• Allows the executive and governance to make informed decisions about resource allocation

The benefits of ICFP.school are that:

• Users can book calls with experts to discuss their metrics
• MATs and LAs can compare across schools and identify the highest priority areas
• Comparative schools can be filtered by phase, region, SEND, school size and FSMs.
• School budget data can be easily uploaded and revised in real-time by individuals and teams.

“The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to use and navigate. The support we have received is fantastic. The additional offering of direct contact with an SRMA or expert is an invaluable add on.” - Paul Evry, the CFO at Mosaic Partnership Trust
