Giles is the CEO at Utility Aid. He has built multiple businesses throughout his career including those in utilities, tech and engineering materials. He has an MBA from Bayes Business School.

He is a supporter of local and community services, having sat as school Chair of Governors, being a Trustee for a local sports body, as well as Secretary of his local Village Hall committee. Giles also served on Norfolk County Council’s Scrutiny Committee for a period of four years. A big believer in developing people, he was a founding mentor for Cherie Blair’s global Foundation for Women in Business.
