Emma Wigmore is the Chief Executive Officer of the Diocese of Chelmsford Vine Schools Trust. She leads a family of 21 schools rooted in excellence, inclusion and moral purpose. 

A former teacher and headteacher, she champions evidence‑informed practice, cultivating high-performing teams and balancing wellbeing and workload with continuity of learning.
