Emily is the Partnerships Director at Utility Aid. She joined the company in 2014 as a telesales representative and has progressed through a range of customer facing roles to director level. Alongside her professional experience, she holds a degree in Business, Management, and Media Communications.

Emily is a regular keynote speaker and contributor to industry publications, focusing on challenges faced by the charity sector. She also volunteers weekly for Age UK’s Telephone Friendship Service.
