As Director of Digital at LEO Academy Trust, Cheryl provides visionary strategic leadership across the organisation's digital landscape of 12 schools and beyond. 

Moving beyond the classroom, she now oversees four key pillars: Data & Insights, Networks & Systems, Digital Marketing, and Digital Learning. In this role, she drives operational efficiency and educational excellence. 

A Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching and holder of an NPQH, Cheryl was recognised as the 2022 Pearson Silver Award winner for Digital Innovator of the Year.
